The property was absolutely mind-blowing! The upper floor of the barn cottage was beautifully appointed and flooded with light. The beds were super comfy, and the two spacious bathrooms were a great convenience. The kitchen was fully equipped with all the necessary appliances. The outdoor area with a large table overlooking the fields was simply jaw-dropping. The location was perfect, tucked away yet just a short 5-minute walk to the vibrant village with its pubs and shops. Pete, the host, was not only friendly but also very helpful, offering fantastic advice on local walks. He even allowed us to drop off our bags earlier, which was a huge help. Throughout our stay, he went above and beyond to assist us when we encountered difficulties. The fact that Wi-Fi was available, there was an off-site car park, a dryer, an electric kettle, and that pets were allowed made our stay even more enjoyable. Plus, the no smoking policy on-site was greatly appreciated. I would highly recommend this spot to anyone looking for a truly fantastic place to stay.
